REM OHIO is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to a department an/or manager, including answering telephones, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings, as well as project based work.  This position may also greet visitors and route telephone calls to appropriate staff and/or provide data entry support.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience

At least two years of work experience in an office setting is required.  Previous payroll/timekeeping experience preferred.  Hours are M-F 8:30am-5pm.  This is a full time hourly position.  Benefits offered, training provided.
