For REM River Bluffs and The MENTOR Network, the Program Supervisor is a critical role in our success. As a mission-driven organization, we are intensely focused on expanding access to services and developing new and more effective ways of delivering supports and services to individuals with a range of disabilities and special needs.
Program Supervisors are a critical link to the community for those we serve, as well as serving as a bridge between our direct care and clinical staff to ensure the seamless delivery of services to the individuals we support. As a Program Supervisor you will become an advocate and promote independence, health and safety.
Program Supervisors facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties including training, scheduling and oversight. In addition, Program Supervisors may provide additional supports such as: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. Program Supervisors may also provide transportation to work or other activities.

- High School diploma or GED required;
- One year related work experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
- A strong work ethic with a commitment to serving others
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve
- Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained
