Georgia MENTOR is seeking a Program Director to manage the day to day operations of one to four programs in a community or small geographic area in a group home or host home setting.  Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements.  The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree plus two years of experience in the human services industry
  • Three years of case management and supervisory experience 
  • 60% statewide travel required
