THIS IS AN 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM POSITION

Looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator with 3 - 5 years of direct HR experience.  The successful candidate will provide support to 3 Programs in the states of MD, VA and NC but will operate from the Beltsville, MD office.  This is a non-exempt, hourly position.

Primary responsibilities will be to recruit; manage all pre-employment and on-boarding processes; manage and maintain HR administrative processes; maintain employee files; assist with audit preparation and compliance; and perform other HR responsibilities.  The HRC will also work closely with management, payroll and other departments; and will receive support from the HRBP. 

Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support brain and spinal cord - individuals with disabilities; children with emotional, behavioral or medical complexities; children and adults with brain injury. As a Human Resources Coordinator with Neurorestorative Maryland you’ll be one of those special people.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience required
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
