MENTOR Oregon is seeking Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) to provide assistance to adults with mental illnesses in a residential setting. Our DSPs provide assistance with everyday tasks like medication administration, meal planning and preparation, and transportation to and from community activities and appointments. Important job duties include promoting independence by teaching life skills like scheduling doctors’ appointments, organizing transportation and abiding by the conditional release plan from the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSR).
We are currently seeking Full Time and Part Time Direct Care staff to work in our Bend Residential Treatment Home. This home provides around the clock assistance to 5 clients with mental illnesses who are under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board. This home is one of their last stops before being able to live independently in the community.
We have various flexible shifts available including days, evenings, overnight, and weekends. Candidates with availability on weekends and overnights are preferred. Further discussion on the shifts available will take place during the interview.

Must be minimum of 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Successful clearance of background checks
