We are currently seeking an HR Office Coordinator for our corporate office in the heart of the Seaport District in Boston, MA.  This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for a positive work environment and a dynamic team of great coworkers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administrative responsibilities at our receptionist desk:            

    • Greet all guests

    • Answer the main phone line- direct calls where appropriate

    • Receive mail/distribute as needed

    • Disseminate information from departments, offices, states and regions

  • Process and maintain timekeeping/payroll for our Boston, North Andover & Edina, MN corporate offices. 

  • Organize and plan events/meetings within the Boston office (order lunch, confirm conference rooms, etc.).

  • Assist with HR related tasks and projects as needed, including travel arrangements.

  • Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed.

  • Daily interaction with senior leadership

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and 1+ years in an administrative role; college degree preferred but not required

  • Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced work environment

  • Must be able multi-task, prioritize projects to meet deadlines, and good time management skills

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

  • Knowledge of Kronos a plus
