MENTOR Oregon is seeking a full-time Job Coach who seeks to make positive impacts on the individuals we serve by helping them achieve on-the-job success as employees in the communities they call home. Our Job Coaches provide on-the-job coaching to vocational program participants, oversee community employment goals, vocational development goals, and related program functions.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months experience in Human Services preferred
