MENTOR Oregon is seeking a part-time Job Coach who seeks to make positive impacts on the individuals we serve by helping them achieve on-the-job success as employees in the communities they call home. Our Job Coaches provide on-the-job coaching to vocational program participants, oversee community employment goals, vocational development goals, and related program functions.
MENTOR Oregon currently has a part-time opening with scheduled hours between 20-30 hours per week. Shifts would be primarily Monday-Friday with some weekend shifts as well. Further discussion about the schedule and candidates availability will take place during the interview.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months experience in Human Services preferred
