REM South Central Services
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead Program Directors to develop and maintain quality services and engaging activities that meet the needs of those individuals we serve.
  • Ensure day-to-day program operations are meaningful and in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead, develop and inspire team providing on-going performance coaching
  • Financial responsibility in the following areas: operational budget, analyze financial metrics, identify trends and implement corrective solutions
  • Ensure high level of quality services in all programs
  • Ability to identify areas of potential risk, quickly implement solutions and engage support teams as necessary
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with families, Regional Centers, and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure timely reporting to both internal and external agencies (Mandated Reporting) 
  • Perform Program Director functions as needed

  • Bachelors degree required in related field 
  • QMRP recognition as determined by federal and state regulations 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of behavior management principles, program development, and monitoring techniques, 
  • Three to six years of experience significant management experience in the human services industry
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish rapport quickly with others
  • An empathetic approach coupled with an ability to establish boundaries
  • Eligible as determined by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the Department of Human Services, and the Company's Corporate Compliance Plan 
  • VALID driver's license / driving record that meets company's insurability
