CareMeridian is seeking a CNA to provide nursing assistant services and support the goals and needs of individuals recovering from critical or catastrophic type injuries.


The primary role of the CNA with CareMeridian is to provide assistance to the patients as well as be compassionate. Provide care their scope of practice to our residents in accordance with the regulatory guidelines, policies and procedures and under the general supervision of your license nurses and the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:
Education:
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Completion of a CNA certificate program.
Experience:
• One year CNA experience desired.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
• Current CNA certification issued by this state
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Health Care Providers
Language Skills:
• Able to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) with all staff, residents, and their families
and/or authorized representative.
