MENTOR ADH is currently seeking an Analyst responsible for Financial Reporting & Accounts Receivable to ensure the quality assurance of the billing/AR processes. 


 


Description
Essential Job Functions:
 
Financial Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain Dashboards and key metrics to monitor the financial performance of an Operating Group.

  • Assist in detail review of the Operating Group budget and forecasts

  • Assists with monthly review and analysis of financial results with recommendations and action steps to deal with variances.

  • Analyzes, evaluates and interprets data – actual to budget, forecast and LTM

  • Preparation of thoughtful and value added service line analysis to allow for better operational decision making

  • Works with Manager to provide the financial analysis needed for Operating Group Leadership

 
Accounts Receivable:

  • Analyzes, interprets and communicates accounts receivable issues requiring management’s attention.

  • Supervises daily and monthly revenue and cash activities to ensure that all payments are posted and that revenues are recorded timely and accurately

  • Ensures adherence to all corporate policies and procedures.

  • Analyzes monthly procedures to be followed by each site ensuring all applicable information is received by company due dates.

  • Builds and maintains exceptional relationships with the Mentor Shared Service Center (SSC)

  • Coordinates with the billing staff regarding denials, participant eligibility and other operational issues, which impede ability to bill/collect.

  • Ensure accurate capture of attendance and other service delivery and that it is appropriately entered into system for revenue recognition purposes.

  • Participates in special projects for Operating Group

  • Performs other related duties and activities as required.




Qualifications:
Requirements:

  • 5-10 years related experience
  • Experience with Hyperion, Oracle or other large ERP system and report writing systems

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred
