Clinical Resource Nurse
Primary Location: CA-CAGranite Bay-7150 Sierra Ponds Ln
We are looking for a candidate to oversee the clinical operations for nine 12 and 15 bed sub-acute facilities in Northern California. The job requires an RN with strong clinical and leadership skills and excellent knowledge of Title 22 and CA State regulations. Our facilities operate under the license of a Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) and our homes are designed to reflect a home-like environment.
- We offer complete
ventilator nursing care, including weaning patients with pulmonary illnesses from a ventilator and/or tracheostomy
- Treat neuromuscular disorders that attack the nerves in muscles and hinder a person’s ability to control bodily movements
- Care for congenital anomalies that affect everything from vital organs to spinal malformations
- Provide active
spinal cord rehabilitationand brain injury care
- Accept most major health plans and payers
The job requires frequent travel (driving) between facilities and occasional overnight stays as needed to accommodate travel between facilities and facility needs.
CareMeridian is seeking a regional Clinical Resource Nurse to provide clinical supervision to our nursing staff, development and implementation of quality control systems and completion of regular audits to ensure the quality of the services provided to individual clients. Regular review of documentation will be needed to ensure compliance and proactive approach to addressing any educational needs. The Clinical Resource Nurse also supports each facility leader to ensure they meet both clinical standards and facility budget guidelines.
- RN with a Bachelor’s degree or better.
- Four or more years of experience in a direct clinical and/or management position.
- Acute care experience preferred or a comfort level with medically complex patients and trach and vent care
- Current CA RN licensure as required by state
