Description
Hiring for ONE  opening in Holmen, WI for an awake overnight Direct Support Professional.  This is a position where some experience could be helpful, as it is an Autism focused program that provides behavioral supports. 

Hours: 10p-8a
Schedule: Rotating overnights 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (every two weeks) =35 hours/week, full time, and includes benefits and paid time off. 

Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support individuals with disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with REM Wisconsin you’ll be one of those special people.

 

DSPs are the link to the community for those they serve. For some, they may be the eyes of those unable to see, or the voice for those who can’t speak. For others, they are friend, cheerleader and subtle support on the path to one’s true potential.

REM Wisconsin is seeking Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities in a community-based setting. DSPs provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care..


Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • NO High school diploma or GED Needed
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
  • No experience in Human Services is required, but is helpful.
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
