CareMeridian is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform hands-on nursing care with emphasis on daily care needs in our 35 bed facility in Littleton, Colorado which include helping our brain injury and spinal care residents recover to their fullest potential. 

Our CNAs are the backbone of our organization and we have alot to offer as an organization.

Benefits include potential tuition reimbursement (application required and employment 6 months+ as a FTE) of up to $5K if approved and on an annual basis, Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Commuter Benefits, Life, AD&D and Vacation plansof 170+ hours per year. 

We also offer night shift differential of $2.00 per hour and $3.00 on weekends.


We are looking for a FullTime CNA position for NIGHT SHIFT, 7pm to 7am. 


Essential Duties of CNA Responsibilities:
  • Monitors the health and medical condition of individuals served, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provides training, assistance and/or supervision to individuals in the areas of daily living, personal care, community and social integration.
  • Performs, coordinates and/or assists with activities.
  • Maintains current progress notes and any other appropriate documentation in accordance with company expectation, policy, and program standards or other regulatory requirements.
  • Actively attends and participates in multi-disciplinary team meetings as required.
  • Attends trainings and other meetings as required.
  • Works as a team and demonstrates a willingness with a CAN-DO attitude.
  • Maintains confidentiality, respects human rights and practices universal precautions in accordance with company policy.
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required

Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • 1 Year CNA Experience (preferred but not required(New Grads of CNA welcome to apply!)
  • Current Certified Nurse Assistant Certiication for Colorado
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • A responsible attitude, compassionate and empathetic toward others, and ability to work independently
