Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or LVN with CareMeridian you’ll be one of those special people who provides care for our medically complex patients.  Nurses are critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do here every day. To that end, the LVN or RN role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in healthcare with multiple career options to move up and across the organization. CareMeridian is seeking a LVN or RN to provide care for the catastrophically ill and injured, with a neuro rehabilitation focus.

The primary role of the LVN or Registered Nurse is to provide nursing care, within their scope of practice; to our residents in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care, regulatory guidelines, CareMeridian’s Policies and Procedures and under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing. Emphasis is placed on CareMeridian’s mission and values

Qualifications or Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited LVN or Registered Nursing (RN) program
  • One year of related experience preferred but not required
  • Experience working with medically complex individuals, acute care or LTAC
  • Current LVN or RN license (Active and in good standing)
  • CPR/BLS
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
