MENTOR Oregon is seeking a part-time Job Coach to assist vocational program participants to learn and succeed in their community jobs.  The candidate will also assist participants with their community employment and vocational development goals, and other related program functions in Jackson County. This individual will also implement Individual Service Plans (ISP’s) and promote vocational skill acquisition and increased independence of each program participant.


This is a part-time position with hours between 20-30 per week. Further discussion with candidates surrounding the schedule and weekly hours for this position will take place during the interview.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months experience in Human Services strongly preferred
