Function:Direct Support Professional (Caregivers)

 

The health and safety of our employees and of those individuals we serve is of utmost importance to us. Due to the essential services we provide as Caregiver/Life Skills Trainer, we continue to accept applications and fill open positions in our residential programs. Providing round-the-clock care, we have full-time and part-time schedules open with all shifts available immediately. 3pm-11pm and weekend shifts are open. (Looking for overnight positions 11pm-8am)

NeuroRestorative is looking for Direct Support Professionals/LST's with potential to earn up to $1,000 retention bonus for Full Time Overnight.


Evenings and weekend Caregivers for our Old Orchard Beach 

Retention bonus after 90 days of employment!


NeuroRestorative Maine offers Neurorehabilitation, Neurobehavioral and Supported Living programs for adults with brain injuries and other neurological challenges.



Life Skills Trainers provide assistance to program participants to offer support with daily activities like bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding.  LSTs help with teaching skills to promote independent living, administer medications, take vital signs, and work with the families of our participants.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • PSS, DSP, CNA or CRMA preferred but not required
  • Six months to one year of experience in the human services industry preferred
  • Must be able to attend a 2 week training (daytime hours)
  • Valid driver’s license from state of residence
