The Program Services Clinical
Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation
of services, case management, and/or treatments provided to clients, including
oversees all services provided to individuals and their families, monitors
quality of care delivered, ensures compliance with contractual terms, and
monitors corporate and regulatory program compliance.Description

Arizona MENTOR is seeking a Program Services Coordinator to assess the ongoing need for therapeutic services at a client’s current level of care, coordinate services provided to clients and ensure the quality of care delivered. This individual may also provide therapeutic services to clients.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Service field preferred
- One year experience working with DDD population service
- Ability to obtain a level one fingerprint card
