We are looking for a dynamic, RN for the Pleasanton- CareMeridian location. This is a 12 bed facility, in a residential setting helping our residents with medical complex injuries and illnesses succeed in their rehabilitation.

CareMeridian is seeking a RN to provide nursing services, training and support to address the medical complex needs of individuals, some with brain injuries or spinal cord injuries.  


The primary role of the Registered Nurse is to provide nursing care, within their scope of practice; to our pediatric residents in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care, regulatory guidelines, Caremeridian’s Policies and Procedures and under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing.


  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
  • One year of related experience preferred but not required
  • Experience working with medically complex individuals in acute setting or LTAC preferred but not required
  • Current RN license, active and in good standing
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
