Description


MENTOR Oregon is seeking On-Call Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) to provide assistance to adults with disabilities who live independently in the community. 

Provide assistance with daily activities such as:

  • meal preparation and planning
  • medication administration
  • personal care
  • facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals
    • on outings in the community 
    • providing transportation to work or other activities.  
  • partner with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans


We are currently seeking on-call Direct Care staff to work a minimum of 10 hours per week in an on-call capacity with clients who live 
independently in their own homes in the community. We have various shifts available including days, evening, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be minimum of 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing preferred
  • Successful clearance of background check
