Function:Direct Support Professional (Care Givers)
NeuroRestorative delivers rehabilitation, behavioral, and supported living services that help individuals, with acquired brain injury or other neurologically related conditions, achieve greater independence in the community. We have openings in our new Southborough location!
Come join NeuroRestorative in the very important work we do providing Supported Living programs and community-based services for adults with brain injury and other neurological challenges. We have positions in our new homes located Southborough.
As a Residential Counselor, you'll carry out rewarding work, playing a crucial role in the success of our organization. RCs provide training, assistance and supervision to clients in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential and community settings. Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
RCs also facilitate the working relationships between employers and clients, and support community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings, or providing transportation to work or other activities. DSPs work closely with our clinical staff to support the therapeutic and behavioral plans in place.

Part time, and per diem positions are available. We have openings for employees available for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts at our brand new Southborough location. Shifts are 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

What we require of you:
High school diploma or GED
Must be minimum of 18 years of age
A caring attitude with a dedication to assisting others
Successful clearance of background checks, drug screen, motor vehicle report
Valid driver’s license in good standing required for most positions
